How do I transfer my licence to a new PC?
1. deactivate BALUSTAT on the device that you are taking out of service: BALUSTAT main screen – ‘Order full or trial version and registration’ button – ‘Disable licence on this PC’ button. The required code word is: ‘balustat’.
2. send us the deactivation code that you receive.
3. install BALUSTAT on your new PC
4. send us the request code for your new device: BALUSTAT main screen – ‘Request code’ button – ‘Send request code to Roffler Ingenieure’ button
You will then receive the registration key for your new PC.
